Prepare a configuration baseline
Document the approved account, update and application settings. Use built-in functions, existing client licenses or suitable no-cost tools agreed in advance.
Configure in scheduled batches
Apply the approved settings remotely to the agreed devices. Validate sign-in, applications and connectivity with the client; device access is sequenced for one consultant.
Document a repeatable setup
Deliver onboarding and account-removal checklists, configuration notes and a remote handover session. Record any issues outside the agreed package for the client to address.

Agree the written scope before ordering. Each package has a total consultant-time allowance and system limits; meetings, preparation, delivery, testing and documentation all count toward that allowance. The written scope identifies the selected work. Additional systems, hours or revisions require a separate agreement.
Package boundaries
Remote software configuration only. Hardware repair, spare parts, on-site work, operating-system reinstalls requiring physical access, laboratory data recovery and active malware incident response are excluded.
Client-funded resources
Professional services only. The client supplies and pays suppliers directly for all servers, devices, storage, domains, licenses, cloud subscriptions and paid tools required. These costs are not included or advanced by Nuberal. Existing licensed tools, built-in features or suitable no-cost tools are used where appropriate. Applicable taxes are shown separately.
Scheduled delivery
Remote delivery is scheduled with Marco after scope confirmation and payment arrangements. Start dates depend on availability and client readiness. Tasks are performed sequentially by one consultant; the package does not include immediate attendance or a guaranteed completion date before scoping.
Client responsibilities
The client provides authorised remote access, an identified decision-maker, valid software licenses and appropriate backups before changes. Any physical work or local recovery assistance is arranged and funded by the client; no field staff or subcontractors are included in these packages.
Handover & support limits
The package includes its defined handover and documented deliverables. It does not include unlimited support, an outsourced helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring, emergency response or an availability SLA. Future support or changes are separately scoped and scheduled.
