THE USD 20,000 PROJECT

More than screens.
A useful product, built properly.

The value is in the complete journey: understanding the problem, designing the experience, connecting the data and delivering something your business can operate.

Discovery & product definition

Your users, business objective, essential journeys and a written delivery scope. We turn an idea into a practical first release with acceptance criteria.

Custom interface & experience

Your visual identity, wireframes, a clickable design and two consolidated design-review rounds. English and Arabic layouts, including RTL, within the agreed screens.

Android application

A purpose-built Android phone app with the agreed screens, navigation, forms, loading states, input checks and error handling. The implementation approach is agreed during technical scoping.

Backend & essential admin

The data model, API and a practical web admin for agreed records and workflows. Includes account access, roles and one documented integration where required by the approved scope.

Security & privacy foundations

Access checks, secure transport, sensible permissions and protected configuration. Where accounts are included, an agreed account-deletion path and documentation of data flows.

Testing & release preparation

Functional checks on an agreed Android device/version matrix, a client test build, fixes to accepted-scope issues and preparation of the release bundle and listing assets.

Code & operational handover

Source repository, build and deployment notes, configuration inventory and a walkthrough after agreed payment. Your provider accounts remain yours; third-party licences retain their own terms.

60-day defect support

Correction of reproducible defects against the accepted scope for 60 days after handover. New features, platform migrations, provider changes and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately.

A CLEAR PACKAGE. A CLEAR START.

One app.
A properly defined first release.

We agree the essential user journeys before development. The fee covers this reference scope, with the exact features and acceptance criteria confirmed in your written proposal.

  • One Android phone app with up to 12 distinct screens
  • English and Arabic versions of the agreed screens
  • Up to two roles, including the web administrator
  • Up to four core data modules and an essential web admin
  • One agreed, documented external integration
  • Testing, source handover and 60-day defect support

YOUR PROJECT. YOUR ACCOUNTS.

A professional fee.
Clear operating costs.

You pay third-party accounts and usage directly: hosting, database services, Google Play registration, payment processing, SMS/email, maps and any paid tools or APIs. We configure the agreed services in your accounts.

USD/AED figures use AED 3.6725 per USD. Applicable taxes, if any, are stated separately in the proposal.

A bigger platform?
Let’s scope it properly.

Multiple apps, iOS, marketplaces, complex AI, continuous tracking or large integrations receive a tailored quotation. Major projects may take approximately one year, with phased releases and progress-linked payments.

BEFORE WE BUILD

Your app. Your questions.

Is USD 20,000 the price for one complete app?

Yes: one Android app within the agreed launch scope, with custom design, an essential backend/admin, testing and handover. The reference package covers up to 12 distinct app screens, two roles including the web administrator, up to four core data modules and one documented external integration. English and Arabic versions of the same screen do not count as extra screens. The written proposal defines the actual journeys and acceptance criteria before you commit.

Are the five examples included together?

The examples show five possible directions for a single project. Choose one direction or bring your own idea. They are original web-based interface demonstrations, not installed Android apps, past client projects or a promise that every advanced feature fits the package.

What running costs should I expect?

Your fee pays for the agreed professional work. You purchase and pay for hosting, databases, domains, Google Play registration, messaging, email, maps, payment processing, paid APIs and other required provider services directly. We configure agreed services in accounts you own. Recurring usage, transaction fees and provider subscriptions are separate.

How long does development take?

A focused first release is typically planned over 12–20 weeks after scope approval, the first instalment and receipt of required materials. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Client feedback, integrations, testing and store review affect the schedule. Larger custom platforms may require approximately one year with a separate phased plan.

Will the app be published on Google Play?

The package includes release-bundle preparation, listing assets and assistance with one initial submission cycle through your verified developer account. We help document the implemented data practices for your review. Account verification, required testing, policy declarations and Google’s review must be completed; approval and review timing are controlled by Google. You provide any required testers and business documents.

Can you include payments, AI or an existing system?

A suitable documented integration can be agreed within the one-integration allowance after technical review. Paid provider usage is yours. Complex AI workflows, multiple integrations, marketplaces, live tracking, regulated data, iOS and large migrations need a separate quotation. Digital-goods monetisation must be scoped against the applicable store requirements.

How do payment stages work?

The proposed schedule is 30% after scope approval to start, 30% after design approval, 30% after acceptance of the test build and 10% at release handover. Deliverables and invoice triggers are agreed in writing. Changes are priced and approved before additional work begins. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or charge.

Release preparation follows the applicable Android App Bundle, Google Play testing and Data safety requirements.
