THE PERSON BEHIND NUBERAL
Marco Miracolo’s route into technology began in a family shaped by hospitality, grew through entrepreneurship in Dubai and became a full-time commitment to IT.
Marco started as a pizza maker in Italy, learning the discipline of hands-on work in his family’s restaurant environment. He later brought that experience to Dubai, where his hospitality chapter included Miracolo Restaurant & Bar and Bolle. Building a business taught him to care about both the detail and the customer experience.
His move towards IT began alongside his brother. Practical learning and intensive independent study opened a path into servers, virtualisation and digital infrastructure. His experience included Alpha Tech DWC LLC in Dubai and work with Techma FZE, where he continued to deepen his technical skills.
His hands-on interests span datacenter operations, VPS environments, dedicated servers, DDoS protection, web development, graphics, technical assistance and consulting. AI tools and prompt design form another part of that continuing learning, alongside the planning involved in starting a datacenter.
After the sale of the restaurant business, Marco moved away from hospitality to focus on technology full time. Nuberal Hosting and Consulting L.L.C-FZ began its UAE journey on 10 July 2025, giving that independent direction a company of its own.
Automation is a central ambition: reducing the distance between a customer’s decision and a usable service through self-service ordering, VPS provisioning and dedicated-server delivery workflows. It is a direction built on practical systems, clear requirements and continuous improvement.
