1. Applicable framework
Nuberal Hosting and Consulting L.L.C-FZ is a UAE company. Reports are assessed under applicable law and relevant service-provider obligations. The UAE copyright framework includes Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 and Cabinet Decision No. 47 of 2022. See the Ministry’s intellectual property legislation.
2. How to submit a notice
Use the form below or email nuberalhost@pm.me. Identify the protected work, the exact URL or IP involved, why you believe the use is unauthorised, your rights or authority to act, a reply address and your electronic signature. Confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have a good-faith belief in the claim. Remove unrelated personal data; do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial report.
3. Review and proportionate action
We check whether the reported resource relates to a service we provide and whether enough information is available to assess the claim. We may request clarification or relevant evidence. Where justified or legally required, action can include contacting the customer, restricting the affected content or service, preserving relevant records or referring the matter to a provider or competent authority. A submitted allegation does not by itself establish infringement. Urgent legal or security requirements may require action before a customer response.
4. Customer response and corrections
Where permitted, we inform the affected customer of the material issue and the information needed to respond. To correct a report or challenge an action, contact nuberalhost@pm.me with the request reference, the disputed material and evidence of ownership, permission, a licence or another lawful basis. We review the response in context; submitting it does not guarantee automatic restoration. Statutory notice, appeal or counter-notice rights that apply remain unaffected.
5. International notices and the DMCA
The DMCA notice framework is part of United States law. International notices are reviewed in their applicable legal and hosting context. This policy does not claim US safe-harbour eligibility or registration as a designated DMCA agent. Where a statutory procedure legally applies, its requirements take precedence over this general process. Nuberal does not offer a service that ignores valid copyright complaints.
6. Information handling and repeated misuse
Notices are held in a restricted request system. Necessary details may be shared with the affected customer, relevant infrastructure provider, professional adviser or competent authority where there is a lawful basis. Do not assume a report is anonymous or confidential against a lawful disclosure requirement. Serious or repeated misuse may result in restrictions under the applicable service terms and law. See our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
