1. Permitted and lawful activity
You are responsible for ensuring that your content, applications and use of the service comply with applicable law, the agreed service scope and third-party rights. Obtain any permissions or licences required for your activity.
2. Prohibited misuse
Do not use the service for malware distribution, phishing, fraud, unauthorized access, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful content, exploitation or infringement of intellectual property. Do not attempt to evade security controls or access another customer’s systems. Security testing requires authorization from all affected owners and coordination where it could affect the service.
3. Resource and network limits
Respect the resources, port speed, IP assignments and traffic terms of your selected service. Unmetered traffic does not mean unlimited port speed or permission to disrupt a network. Do not use addresses or routes that have not been assigned or approved for your service.
4. Report abuse or a security concern
Send a report to nuberalhost@pm.me with the affected IP or URL, the time and time zone, a concise description and relevant evidence with sensitive information removed. Do not exploit or continue accessing a system to demonstrate an issue. Reports are reviewed and may lead to protective action or referral to the appropriate party where required.
