For a business moving a limited number of existing server workloads or standardising routine backup and maintenance tasks on systems it already controls.
Prepare and migrate
Prepare the agreed destination configuration and migration sequence. Carry out a pilot where appropriate, then move the approved workloads during scheduled sessions.
Automate defined routines
Create up to two agreed scripts or scheduled jobs, such as a backup check or a routine maintenance task. Use built-in or suitable no-cost tooling; paid services remain in the client’s account.
Validate and hand over
Review application checks with the client and test one agreed sample restore. Deliver migration notes, script usage instructions and configuration records for independent operation.

Agree the written scope before ordering. Each package has a total consultant-time allowance and system limits; meetings, preparation, delivery, testing and documentation all count toward that allowance. The written scope identifies the selected work. Additional systems, hours or revisions require a separate agreement.
Package boundaries
No server rental, cloud credits, storage, paid tools, hardware installation, application redevelopment or 24/7 operations. Complex clusters and zero-downtime migrations are outside this package. Source and destination resources must be available and paid for directly by the client.
Client-funded resources
Professional services only. The client supplies and pays suppliers directly for all servers, devices, storage, domains, licenses, cloud subscriptions and paid tools required. These costs are not included or advanced by Nuberal. Existing licensed tools, built-in features or suitable no-cost tools are used where appropriate. Applicable taxes are shown separately.
Scheduled delivery
Remote delivery is scheduled with Marco after scope confirmation and payment arrangements. Start dates depend on availability and client readiness. Tasks are performed sequentially by one consultant; the package does not include immediate attendance or a guaranteed completion date before scoping.
Client responsibilities
The client provides authorised remote access, an identified decision-maker, valid software licenses and appropriate backups before changes. Any physical work or local recovery assistance is arranged and funded by the client; no field staff or subcontractors are included in these packages.
Handover & support limits
The package includes its defined handover and documented deliverables. It does not include unlimited support, an outsourced helpdesk, 24/7 monitoring, emergency response or an availability SLA. Future support or changes are separately scoped and scheduled.
